How can I pay?

Payment can be made via credit card, direct deposit, cash or cheque. Please contact us for the relevant forms.

Delivery & Charges

TNT delivery and interstate packaging is standard on all orders that are dispatched from our factory. We are able to provide you with competitive pricing due to our relationship with TNT and can also send orders overnight express if required. Simply provide us with the delivery details and we will do all the rest!

Standard charges with TNT are based on the size, weight and number of items being dispatched and as such the total charge will vary per order. An estimate can be provided if required.

For local customers, orders can be picked up from our factory or alternate delivery arrangements may be made on request.

 

Common Questions

What fabric should I choose?

Different fabric has different properties. Refer to the Roller Blinds pages to find out a little more about each fabric. We can also provide you with fabric swatches from our suppliers if required. If you would like further information please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What information do I need to provide regarding my order?

We have a specially designed order form which can help you when creating your order. Blind measurements should always be provided in the following format: WIDTH X DROP in millimetres and all sizes should be hard sizes only (i.e. only provide us with the measurement from architrave to architrave or outside to bracket to outside of bracket. We will make any necessary deductions on your behalf to allow for brackets etc. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding how to measure.

What is included with my blinds?

All our blinds are manufactured with the complete Acmeda system including pre-looped chains.

All blinds come standard with brackets, fitting screws, chain stops and chains safes along with compulsory warning labels and tags at no extra charge.

Additional items such as double brackets, spring assists, bracket covers, easylink systems, motorisation, pelmets or stainless steel chains can be provided on request for an additional cost.

How do I send you my order?

You can send your order to us by email, fax or hard copy. Our preferred method would be by email. However, we understand that this method may not be suitable for all customers and we will gladly accept your order in any format.

By emailing your order to us using our order form as this allows us to copy your order into our specially designed spreadsheet which automatically generates our manufacturing worksheet. This option greatly reduces the chances of human error and speeds up processing times.

How do I know what my order will cost?

Our Wholesale Price List contains an information sheet on roller blinds, fabric price groups and price lists.

1.       Locate the fabric you wish to order on the fabric price grouping

2.       Locate the appropriate group price list

3.       Look up the price according to the width and drop of the blind

4.       Repeat the above steps for additional blinds

5.       Then subtract your discount from the total price and add 10% for GST

For example:

Size: 1267 wide x 1890 drop

Fabric: M-Screen 8505

1.       M-Screen 8505 is located in Group 4

2.       Find the Group 4 pricelist

3.       Look across to width column 1300 and drop row 1900 - the list price is $210

4.       Repeat the above steps for additional blinds

5.       Subtract your discount from the total price and add 10% for GST

What happens to my order after it is received?

If your order is emailed to us: we past this information into our specially designed spreadsheet in order to create the manufacturing worksheet.

If your order is faxed to us or presented in hard copy form: we transcribe your order into our specially designed spreadsheet in order to create the manufacturing worksheet.

Then, your order is costed and a fabric order is created if necessary before the order is taken into the factory for manufacturing. After the order is complete, the blinds are packaged for travel (if required) and you are notified immediately that your order is completed.

Do you keep all fabric in stock?

It would be impossible for us to store every colour of every fabric that we offer. However, we do endeavour to keep on hand the more popular colours of certain fabric.

How long will it take to manufacture my order?

Our standard turnaround time is less than 3 weeks. Most orders are manufactured earlier than this time. On rare occasions, some orders can be delayed as a result of fabric supply. We will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of any delay that may affect your order.

You will be contacted immediately after your order is completed to determine whether you would like to pick up your order or arrange delivery.

What if I need my order urgently?

We may be able to manufacture your order ahead of our generally turnaround of 3 weeks on special occasions. Obviously this depends on our workload at the time and whether the fabric colour is in supply. Please contact us to determine if this is possible.

What happens after my order is completed?

You will be contacted immediately after your order is completed to determine whether you would like to pick up your order or arrange delivery.

For local customers, orders can be picked up from our factory or alternate delivery arrangements may be made on request.

For other customers, orders can be delivered via TNT. Refer to Delivery & Charges above for more information.

How do I pay for my order?

How do I know which blind is which?

Every blind is labelled with a number, customer name, order ID number, order reference name, size, fabric type etc. which allows for easy identification.

How long does it take for my blinds to be delivered using TNT?

Orders delivered to Melbourne and surrounding areas are usually delivered before 5pm the next day. Other orders may take an extra 1 to 2 days depending on the distance to be travelled and whether or not the area is remote.

Overnight express delivery is available with TNT for additional charges.

What happens if I do not receive my delivery on time as expected?

Please contact us immediately. We will contact TNT on your behalf to track the order and ascertain the location and approximate delivery date.

What happens if there is a problem with my blinds?

Each blind that we manufacture goes through our perfected manufacturing process producing outstanding edge quality and strict quality standard controls to ensure that we supply you with a high quality blind every time. Each blind is subjected to an extensive testing, inspection and alignment procedure to guarantee that every blind performs correctly.
